Request Account Deletion

DriveCare By Soni Tyre House does not allow users to create accounts themselves. Customer accounts are created by the garage for vehicle service, billing, warranty, reminder, and support workflows.

To request deletion of your account and eligible associated personal data, email us using the link below. Include your name, mobile number, email address, and vehicle number so we can verify and process the request.

What May Be Deleted

• Your customer portal account and sign-in access.
• Eligible profile details such as contact information.
• Notification tokens and other data that is no longer needed to operate your account.

Records We May Retain

Some service, invoice, warranty, payment, tax, dispute, legal, or legitimate business records may need to be retained as required by law or garage operations. We will delete or de-identify eligible personal data where possible.
